As Creative Director I am currently overseeing and directing the design department responsible for servicing three different Kwik Kopy centres via their boutique design studio, Creative Buzz. I have been a key factor in the realisation of the new creative studio which was formed in June 2007, redefining Kwik Kopy's existing print brand perception of a quick photocopy store to becoming a competitor in the graphic and web design industry. - Graphic Design Clients come from a variety of sectors including fashion, cosmetics, corporate and manufacturing, and range in size from small local businesses to large national operations. Design duties include static and e-commerce websites, online banners, brochures and catalogues, corporate identity and branding, business stationery and forms, marketing collateral including POS material and flyers.
My duties as a graphic designer included design of marketing materlal including brochures and catalogues, corporate identity and stationery and other print colateral for a variety of clients such as real estate agents, nightclub promoters, security companies and property developers. - Graphic Design Apart from seeing projects from concept through to print ready, I also managed print production with external suppliers. A regular design project was a monthly full colour real estate property sales magazine called "Habitat." February '02 - March '03 (Toronto/Canada) My duties at Portofino were to develop marketing campaigns under the direction of the Art Director for projects including outdoor, magazine print. Clients included National Home Show & Thrifty. My role at Granton was to create marketing collateral for the North American market. Clients ranged from sporting, food, health & beauty, entertainment and travel sectors. May '01 - Feb '02 As Art Director I ran the design for their street/surfwear and maternity wear labels. Duties included directing the team on various projects including t-shirt prints design, labelling and swingtags, and also the marketing collateral which included catalogues, magazine advertising, and point of sale material. I worked closely with the marketing manager and the clothing range designers to develop creative across all mediums to ensure brand consistency. As a graphic designer at Artprint, my duties included design for flyers, brochures, logos, business stationery and websites. Clients ranged from the hotel, pharmaceutical, restaurants, corporate and industrial sectors. As a graphic designer at OTS, my role was to design page layouts and client advertisements for the weekly street publication. |
